From Naoko Takeuchi’s selfpublished doujinshi-artbook: Original Picture Collection Volume Infinity, published in 1997. Picture drawn by her assistant, Madoka Ohmori/Kumiko Kinjo, also known as Pale Lilac.
The whole art book can be viewed at mangastyle.net with translated notes :)

The first volume out of 4, in the “Earth Wind” series by Pale Lilac, published 1997. This volume has been fan-translated by Miss Dream. I really, really love Madoka’s art and the way she compose her drawings…

Earth Wind vol 2, published in 1998 by Pale Lilac. It’s sometimes referred to as an ”official doujinshi” since the woman behind it, ‘Madoka Ohmori’ worked as assistant for Naoko Takeuchi. The Earth Wind-doujinshi series contain (as far as I know) 4 volumes, and these are also among the most sought after and most expensive Sailor Moon doujinshi.
